Class Get-Together

the next class Get-Together will be on Saturday 24th November at 1pm, usual place, Brookvale Pub beer garden. A bit earlier so as to have lunch, followed by chat and drinks for the afternoon.

As for the last Friday long lunch back in July, a few were called away at last minute, but Stephen R, Peter M, Colin T. and Steve B. made it for lunch in the city.

class of 77 news

We had another class get-together on Saturday 16th June at Brookvale Pub,  next one will be around November or December this year.

We having another Friday lunch on 27th July in the city.

The Class website pretty well up to date, completing our photo for BHPS & NPS.

Our Year 7 photo at BHHS now have pretty much all names, only a handful of people we can not identify.

Class of 77 website update

the website is pretty much ready to go, just trying to get it all finished before next Saturday, but certainly enough info to show where its heading, but still it is work-in-progress. Hope you enjoy it.

The website is for stuff that just not suitable/practical for this Blog, or for the Flickr photos pages, but can be better organised and displayed better with web pages.

As for Facebook, current count is 54 members from our class in the "BHHS 72-77" group, plus another 5 or 6 individuals also found in Facebook, that equates to about 25% of the overall total of students that were in our year at school.

And a reminder that the next get-together is this coming Saturday 16th June at Brookie Pub, beer garden if sunny, or just inside if its raining.

at end of April, I started resurrecting the old website pages, which were hosted on Geocities from Feb 2008 to Oct 2009. I found a new website to host the pages again, adding some new pages to the site. It's still under construction but coming along well and hope have it all running in the next week or two, before the next Get-Together on 16th June.

Next Class Get-Together 16th June 2012

the next one will be on Saturday 16th June 2012, start around 2pm, at Brookvale Pub in the Beer Garden at the rear of the pub. Possibly go across the road to Mimmos Pizzaria for dinner afterwards.

Another great afteroon and evening had on Saturday 12th November at Brookie Pub, 16 attended, with 10 of the group going to Mimmos Pizza for dinner, then returned back to Brookie Pub for a drink and more laughs. Great to catch up with Michelle again before she heads back to India.

Next one, probably around May or June 2012, see update next year, maybe different venue as Brookie Pub getting renovated sometime in 2012.

Friday Long Lunch 14th October

a few of the boys arranged for another Friday lunch, Brady, Steven R, Steve B, Stephen H, Rob K, Michael F and Peter M.

On the day Brady, Michael, Stephen and Rob were called away at last minute, but Steven R, Peter M and Steve B still caught up for lunch and a few beers. Still had a good afternoon.
